SeltumTMS ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SeltumDriver mobile application (the "App"). The App connects drivers with their assignments, dispatch teams, and delivery records. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including the information you provide, information supplied by your employer, and information stored on your device.
The information available in the App depends on your employer's records, your assignments, and the features you use. It may include:
Some information is supplied by your employer through SeltumTMS and displayed in the App. Information you submit, such as notes, milestone updates, and photos, is sent to SeltumTMS and associated with the relevant employer account and operational record.
At sign-in, your email address, password, and company code, if required, are sent to SeltumTMS over an encrypted connection. The App does not save your password for future sign-ins. It stores authentication credentials that allow you to remain signed in, renew your session, and synchronize authorized updates.
Camera and photos. The App requests camera access when you choose to take a photo. When you choose to upload an existing image, it opens the device's photo picker; some photo workflows also request photo-library permission. The App uploads the photos you choose to submit, rather than automatically uploading your photo library. Selected or captured images may be resized before upload and stored locally while awaiting synchronization.
Notifications. With your permission, the App can notify you about assignments, load changes, cancellations, and delivery retries. It may also display local notifications when an update needs attention or cannot be synchronized. Notification text may include operational information and may appear on your Lock Screen, depending on your device settings.
You can change camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission affects the features that need it. Notifications are optional and are not required to sign in or use the core assignment workflows. Disabling notifications does not stop the App from synchronizing your assignments and updates.
The App does not request access to your device's location, contacts, calendar, or microphone. It does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs, and we do not use App data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

These uses support the App's transportation and delivery workflows. We do not use this information for marketing or advertising profiling.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with advertising networks. Information is shared as needed in the following circumstances:
Driver notes and photos are operational records within SeltumTMS; the App does not publish them to a public feed.
The App stores downloaded assignment and profile information on your device so you can view it with limited connectivity. It also stores pending updates, notes, reports, and photos until they can be synchronized or otherwise resolved. This information can remain on the device across app restarts. Sync Center shows pending work and items that need attention.
Signing out clears the App's saved assignment and profile data, pending update queue and its associated upload files, and locally stored authentication credentials. Unsynchronized work is discarded when you sign out, so check Sync Center and allow any work you want to keep to finish syncing first.
Information already sent to SeltumTMS is retained according to the arrangements between SeltumTMS and your employer, including applicable operational and legal record-keeping requirements. Signing out or removing the App does not delete those records. You can contact your employer's SeltumTMS administrator or us for information about retention or to request deletion.
Credentials stored in the iOS Keychain may remain after the App is uninstalled. Sign out before removing the App if you want it to clear its locally stored authentication credentials.
Communications between the App and SeltumTMS use encrypted HTTPS connections. On mobile devices, authentication credentials are stored using operating-system security facilities, including the iOS Keychain and protected storage backed by the Android Keystore. Access to employer and shipment information requires an authorized account.
You can help protect operational information by keeping your device locked when not in use, keeping your sign-in details private, and reviewing whether notification previews are visible on your Lock Screen.
Accounts are issued and managed by your employer or a SeltumTMS administrator. The App does not offer public self-service registration. Contact your employer's administrator if your profile or credential information needs to be corrected.
To ask about your personal information or request account or data deletion, contact your employer's SeltumTMS administrator or email privacy@seltum.com. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and the data retention arrangements with your employer. Some operational records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
You can also manage device permissions in your device settings and sign out from Profile. Disabling permissions, signing out, or uninstalling the App does not by itself delete information already stored in SeltumTMS.
The App is intended for adult drivers authorized by SeltumTMS customers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or practices evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current revision. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means.
